the location is always top and very friendly and helpful staff

needs some refurbishment (staircase, windows, etc.). Elevator was broken/under repair for the full stay, internet practically not working during the full stay

The location was just perfect and easy walking distance to picadilly circus, Leicester Square and trafalgar Square. Staff extremely helpful with directions to where I wanted to visit. Helped me out with my phone charger. Nothing seemed too much for them.

Only downside was the lift not working.although The staff were helpful carrying my luggage to the room. Minor niggle was Could do with a hairdryer in the room.

Fabulous location. The room was all that we needed - including tea/coffee-making facilities. Quiet, despite being on the street. Reception staff very helpful - no fuss.

Location is ideal for easy, walkable access to all the central points of interest. I love the area and will pay extra if need be to stay in this zone.

The reason why I filtered to narrow my hotel search was to ensure wifi because this was a work trip where I needed constant, reliable connection. It was horrid to find out only upon arrival that the wifi was not functioning in the hotel or in the area. This was inexcusable and made for a very unsettling change of plans on a daily basis to find connections and run to meetings. Huge problem for a business traveler.

After adjusting to and accepting the small room size, everything else about this hotel is good.

Only concern is that the space in the room was too limited - The length of the bed fills the full width of the room.

Location is awesome, few steps away from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. Nice reception and good place to stop for a beer after a long day.

First of all, internet. It's 2022! Internet is a commodity, not an afterthought. It's like not offering electricity! The internet did not work the whole time we were there! The TV operated on internet connection .... so you can just see where I'm going with this. Really really sad. I stayed for six nights, so the repair should have been done over the weekdays. It didn't. Bed was also awful. I'm a big guy (120 kg) and I went all the way through the mattress to the hard bottom of the bed :'( Rooms are terribly small, too small for two persons if you are not couple in GOOD relationship!

The reception staff were great. The location was good. The hotel was clean both in the room and in communal areas. The noise from other rooms was minimal.

The room was just to small. We were uncomfortable in bed as it was pushed against a wall.

The hotel felt relaxed.It was in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I rarely buy breakfast at a hotel but this occasion I found what they offered good value. The room was clean with plenty of space for one person,also lovely large fluffy towels were provided.

The lift wasn’t working but I had been made aware of that The staff heeded my request and gave me a room on first floor and offered help with luggage.

Good location for St.James’s and Piccadilly. Quiet room with very little hotel noise. Tea & coffee making facilities in room together with complimentary water.

Lift was undergoing major maintenance. The room lacked ventilation, although the A/C was efficient and quiet and could be switched off when not required. Pricier than previous stays. But still one of the best value rooms that have a decent TV and comfort compared with other hotels in the area.

Very central location within 2 min of Piccadilly and Leicester Square. The rooms are tiny but comfortable and everything is well planned and works. Excellent shower.

The wifi was worthless and I would not choose this place again if I needed to get some work done (as I did)
