Very helpful and polite staff on arrival and through out our stay, fantastic location for exploring Brugge and useful to be able to park the car in the hotels car park.

Would have liked bottled drinking water in the room and tea/coffee making option, but we had the use of a room kettle from reception after asking and bottled water was available to buy in the reception area.

Location was amazing - located just behind the Belfry - but we so quiet at the same time. The rooms are so clean and modern with everything you could need. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We also had a stunning view from our room (which is kind of hard not to in Bruges!)

It was clean, tidy and an amazing location

High price of the parking and tourist taxes wasn’t high keyed or explained before and cost us an additional €74 Euros

LOCATION

no drinking water, no coffee, not even a kettle to make some the fire alarm kept ringing right beside us two days in a row and we were only there for 3 days and 3 nights cuz we arrived late the first day. it was hard to know if its real or not if that happens so often the front desk should call to say its a false alarm if it is

Our room,a double room with shower,was very clean and comfortable although the air conditioning was rather noisy so we had to turn it off at night.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The parking was a little expensive at €30 per night and also the breakfast was rather expensive at €20 per person.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Old Bugge town. Great little on site shop for beer/wine/soft drinks and snacks. Great staff and great hotel.

Only very minor downside was the two single beds put together did keep sliding apart.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Great location and friendly helpful staff. Very quiet.

Bar was not very well staffed. Room could have done with a simple water boiler for coffee and tea. The bed was a bit on the hard side.

the location is really great. right in the center but without being noisy at all. you hear no noise front he busy streets out there when you are in the hotel. there’s also a spacious internal court where you can have breakfast sitting in the sun but still enjoying the quite.

the hotel was very busy and clearly that impacted work of staff cleaning the rooms. after that I had unpacked my suitcase and opened the bed to rest a bit, I had the bad surprise to find out that the bed sheets had not been changed! 😱 the staff was equally shocked. three level of management came to my room to check in person and to apologize. they gave me the room just next door and that one was perfectly fine.

The beds were large, comfy, and we had our own rooms. The location is excellent as it is right in the middle of the city and accessible on foot from all parts of it. We had a room a couple of floors below ground level which kept the room cool during an unseasonably hot stay without needing air conditioning. The bathroom was large and the shower was powerful and never ran out of hot water, toiletries were excellent and there was a mini fridge (un-stocked) in our room to keep food and drinks fresh. The staff were efficient and helpful, and even called our room to pass a message from a restaurant that we had a reservation with. Great service!

It was a bit of a trek to our room, as we had been placed in the expanded part that used to be their seminar building, but we didn't have to navigate too many stairs as there was a lift we could use. It would also have been nice to have complimentary bottled water as it was very hot during our stay. Also, be aware that mobile network reception is poor if you have a room below ground. Something we noted as odd was having the loo in a separate room without a sink for hand-washing, as the bathroom was large enough to incorporate the toilet, sink and shower.

Great location in the centre and possible to park on-site. Bar and small shop on-site for snacks and drinks. Nice place to stop for an overnight break when driving back to UK from Europe.

Parking a bit expensive but very convenient.

Location really good. Room clean. Breakfast nice.

Our room was clean but level minus 2 in the basement which I didn't like. A bit shabby in places, dusty chairs left in the corridor, window bottom covered in dust, marks on walls, stains on carpet

Perfect location. Just off the main square. Room was small but everything you needed. Very nice modern decor, lighting a bit low in the bedroom, bathroom a reasonable size. Very clean and I am fussy. Breakfast was fine, limited hot choice but that wasn't a problem. Staff all very nice.

Lighting in the bedroom not very bright as the rooms are quite dark but very nice furnishings.
