The price was very good for the location. The apartment was very beautiful and well kept.

The AC did not work during the heat wave, was not a great experience. The bathroom's walls and ceilings were covered with mold. There were not any batteries in the tv remote.

Very small wall-window placed near floor (no regular windows,only roof windows!) The accommodation had everything we needed for a short stay. There’s public transport (tram and bus) right in front of the place. It’s about 15 to 20-min walk to the old town. When we arrived the place was quite cleaned. Communication with the staff was great! They were really friendly and available most of the times. We booked the option with breakfast and it was always punctually delivered in front of our door at the time we requested it. We booked the shuttle service since we had a late flight and it was smoothly arranged by the accommodation staff. The time we were in Krakow it was quite warm and it was good that the room we booked had a working AC! Overall, I think it’s a good option for the price.

The bathroom was quite narrow. And the stairs going up to the bed were quite tricky (but doable). As others have mentioned the celling where the bed is it’s quite low. Beware there’s no elevator, so if you travel with bulky luggage it might be inconvenient.

Fine for the price , would not stay again due it stairs .

87 steps to get to our room which was never mentioned before hand . Bedrrom ceiling was about 3 foot high so could not stand up and the stairs to the bedroom were extremely dangerous .

Good location not far from the centre of Krakow ( about a ten minute walk). Great price for the one night we stayed. Beds comfy, good wifi and everything we needed.

Top floor room and no lift so plenty of stairs to climb . Entrance to building and general condition outside of the room not that great but room was much better.

I like the location and the idea of it in general. The room is like a studio and that’s perfect. There’s everything you need: a kettle, a cooker, plates , bowls, glasses and cups. There’s also a fridge , that’s great cause you can cool your drinks or meals. There’s also tea, coffee and sugar. I adore all of this❤️

However, I stay there every time I’m in Kraków and this time there were no towels in the bathroom for feet. We had just 2 towels: for me and my friend. Previous time we had even 3 additional towels in the bathroom : in total 5 . And that was awesome, cause there aren’t any bathroom mats and you step on the tiles once you showered. And that made me sad this time.

but overall good value for the money.

location was great, short walking distance to stare miasto and kazimierc. room was cozy. the room has fridge.

unfortunately the bathroom had a couple of issues. the was no dispenser for shower gel, you could see there had been one but that it had fallen off and hadn’t been replaced. also the water took ages to drain. there is no safe in the room.

bags of rubbish on our balcony from previous guests. pillows were tiny and only one each. enquired about airport transfer and was told 90 zloty return, when actually it was 90 zloty each way which was still cheap but wasn’t clearly explained and we didn’t have the cash on us.

the stairs are a hassle with luggage, the air con didn’t work and the room got very hot, and it can be quite noisy until very late at night.

Very small towels and wasn't clean well - I found very dusty radiator in bathroom, all pictures on the wall was dusty and power socket and kitchen's cabinets was dirty. Cleaner should clean this area at least once a mouth...

Neat little apartments. Perfect for a short stay in Kraków. Bed was very comfy and everything was clean and functional. Very good location…. would definitely stay again.

Towels were very small….. hand towel sized. We hadn’t brought towels with us so drying after a shower was interesting!! Only hand soap in the shower/bathroom. The mezzanine level was cute… but ceiling was low in the bed area.
